Looking for Senior WP developer with strong (!) techical team lead skills (Fluent Russian speaking is a must).

Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in developing Custom Solutions based on / for WordPress;
- Deep knowledge of WordPress architecture;
- Team Lead skills, tasks distributions and team management;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies;
- Business analysis - being able to translate business requirements into project specification ready for the development;
- Strong skills in web programming (PHP, MySQL, JS related frameworks);
- Functional English;
- Russian: native.
Responsibilities:
- Design/develop projects structure to maximize usage of the existing WordPress functionality and concentrate effort on developing new unique features only;
- Communicate and coordinate dev team work;
- Programming critical and important project features;
-provide technical expertise to help Project Manager prepare functional specification;
- Proactively manage and mitigate issues and risks;
- Create and maintain related documentation.
