- Orion Soft is looking for a qualified Embedded UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis.
Tasks
Join a small development team in a remote role
Design the user interface of handheld colour-measurement devices with a screen
size of 2.8”
Break down complex interaction patterns into easy and usable dialogues for users in
car repair workshops
Harmonise the navigation concepts with other devices with larger screens
Convert business specifications into wireframes and screen designs
Test prototypes with end users
Support the standardisation of corporate design
Design technical concepts and specifications so that they are simple to implement
Contribute to the life-cycle management of existing solutions
Our expectations:
University degree related to Software Engineering and Graphic Design
At least 4 years of professional experience
Solid experience with the usability of devices with very small screens
Able to present a portfolio of implemented designs
Experience with Embedded Wizard
Team-orientated personality open to challenges
High level of both written and spoken English
Will be a plus :
Knowledge of color science
Understanding of agile methodology
